There used to be many stickers on my bedroom door. I took them off one day, and the paint went off with them. Some of the stickers didn't even come off completely.
How do I remove the stickers? Or should I just paint over them?

To start off, remove the stickers left over with either a wet sponge or other less-abrasive tool, if it doesn't work, try something a little more abrasive, like steel wool. They should come off pretty easily either way. Then, to cover the missing areas, paint the door over again. If the old paint was rather thick and it made some sort of "crater-like" space, sand the edges of the hole to make it flush.

you should take all of the stickers off, sand down the door, and re-paint it. painting over the stickers will not come out clean, you wont like it and then youll have created a bigger mess to clean up. door are easy to remove form the hinges (just screw them off/on) if its too heavy for you have someone help you get it off/back on.

Goof-Off is a product that will take off the stickers and the residue left behind. You can find it at Home Depot, Lowe's and maybe even at Walgreen's. Do not paint over them.

Use GOO-GONE - http://www.organize-everything.com/googone8oz.html

If you paint on what's let of the stickers it will look terrible. You might still have to repaint a bit because some paint already peeled off. If you had used this product first that wouldn't of happened.
