Cholesterol is an animal product so it depends on the soup. Soups made with just vegetables and no animal products will be cholesterol free.

It depends on the soup, and its ingredients. Soups made with butter & cream will have lots of fat & cholesterol.

Depends on what you add to your soup.if it is only vegetables then you should not worry.
If you have ingredients like cream, ghee, butter or a lot of fat like animal fat from meat then it increases the cholesterol levels ...

Except "fat" nothing dissolves in hot water. (Especially not protein),. So surely soups will have animal fat or vegetable fat.
