I want to ask him out but im not sure. He's the one guy that i get shy around. Im the outgoing funny and not afraid to talk kind of girl. If there's a guy I like i go for it but this one's different. I dont know how but there's just something about him that i feel is worth while. Should i ask him out and if so how do i go about doing it? Or should I play it cool and start of with the friends approach.

do the friend approach but it does not hurt to ask him out for a dinner or a beverage as a friend just to hang out and become better friends, only time will tell

Well! I am the old fashion type, I would want to know if the guy had any interest in me first, if not then I would be ashamed to even ask him out or let him know that I am interested.
Because it may come across as being aggressive to him, and if taken as aggressive he may think that its sex you want, so please be care in how you handle this situation, keep an open mind.
If you can try to become friends with him first, then you will know if you really like him, because he mite just be an a-- hole. Good Luck!

Are you sure you even need to ask this question? You should let him know your interested and see how he responds to that. If its in a good way then go for it. Take it slow so start of as friends then go from there. If you like him as much as it seem you do then the only thing left for you to do is try it and see what happens. Good luck!!

if u know him already long time u can ask him to go out but if u dont know him as well approach as a friend then going with him always to know better.. if he have gf or what ever..

First of all what ever you do take it slow. THEN try to be his friend.Bring him little things now + then. LIKE small piece of cake. a cookie . A candy bar. GUM. Then email him now + then if you can get his email. Dont over do the email. ONLY respond back when he applys. good luck
