As this is a World Wide web page, I think it would be helpful to know which country the questions refer to because laws, traditions and many other factors come into play and answers could be misleading to the questioner.

I understand the viws expressed but it is not always the case that the answers are pertaining to Europe, U.S.A., Canada etc or U.K. and confusion in the questioners mind might embarass if aske the question formally - especially any legal query. Hope you get my drift.

You are right, but it currently all works based on assumptions. If you have entered in the USA Y.A. site you expect and are expected to address to and be addressed by mostly USA residents. Then, it depends on further given information. If you want, make a suggestion in the forum (link top right of page).

I like the various interpretations of issues we get from just putting an idea or question out and reading the returns. I think it encourages interaction.
