I've been in lust many times, if that is anything like being in "like". Which just basically means i want to get laid, but don't want to spend alot of time w/ the girl.

yes you can,
liking someone is when you have butterflies you always think about them, and you want to be with them, but if you get hurt it you will get onver
and well love is a feeling you cant describe, love i cant describe how it is b/c i honestly dont know, but i do no that if someone breaks your heart and you love that person, then it will take a heck of a lot longer to get over.

Love is a verb, it is something you do. If you do all you can to show love to a person the feelings of love will follow.

Liking someone is simply before you get to know them but are attracted to them both physically and emotionally. Love may follow after you get to know them. Truely loving someone is when you know who they are and choose to continue being emotionally attached to them.

when u like someone , its a crush or a affection. loving is something very different. it is a series of unnatural things. when you love someone , you cannot live withoiut him/her.u cant think something else than that.

i think u definetly can be in "like" and not in "love" lol. i think like is u luv being around them nd u get butterflies evrytime u see them, but love is this continious feeling of wanting to be with them - nd u frikkin faint when u see them lol

Yes. Like means you will stick with them when it is convenient to do so; Love means you will stick with them even when it isn't convenient to do so.
