On the top of my left nipple there is a black thing that makes it so that you can't see the tip. I'm a guy. It's been there for a few years and I have mentioned it to doctors before but they say it should go away soon. It's very dark and as big as a pimple would probably be but higher up. Please help.

Well it sounds like a mole so you should probably talk to your doctor and set up an appointment to get it removed.

It's a good thing that you have already shown it to a doctor or doctors. Go back to them and let them keep observing it for changes and talk to them about treatment alternatives.

It sounds like it is beginning to bother you that the spot is there.

Go to a different doctor, dermatologist, or cancer specialist. Insist on having it checked and biopsied. Men can and do get breast cancer.

Is it one color or different colors - look closely or have someone look at it with a magnifying glass - if its different colors it has to be removed - go to a dermatologist just to be sure
