Vitamin E oil or cream can be applied to the skin in the affected areas, every day . The cream should be applied overnight. Taking Vitamin E capsules also helps to reduce the scars or stretch marks. Some people break the capsules and apply the oil directly on the scars or stretch marks. You can find more cheap and natural remedies for stretch marks at the link below.

Stretch marks are caused when the tissue develops a partial tear due to stress from stretching. Unfortunately they are scars and can not be faded completely. You can take heart though, they do get lighter as time goes on. Don't worry about when you get married. Your husband will love you enough that the stretch marks won't be an issue for him. If they are enough of an issue that you must do something about them, a plastic surgeon can sometimes remove them but on the backs of the arms the scars are much worse than the marks themselves.

After fluctuating weight loss and gain as well as having a baby, i sometimes feel like there isnt an inch left on my body that doesnt have a stretch mark on it! My husband really doesnt seem to care at all, so dont worry about it! They do have creams out on the market that suposedly make them fade, but i doubt they go away completely. Ive heard about medical treatments but not too sure at how well they actually work. They do fade on their own in time tho. Dont worry about this!!! Im sure there are a million other things going on in this world right now that you should be mor concerned with!

Use a good vitamin E cream. If that doesn't work, then work out so that the muscles are strong, less skin to be just plain stretched. Otherwise, consult a doc that will pull it tight.
