Although someone maybe in a military prison they are still entitled to the same rights as someone in a public prison.
Of course you may visit them.
You need to contact the prison personnel department and request a visiting order if you want to visit someone there.

Contrary to what someone else said here threre is a big difference between military and civil prisons and the military dont have the same rights.I suggest a call to MOD may help clarify matters.

Contact the installation's information line. Then ask to be transferred to the prison, or ask the number for a contact at the prison. Call the prison and ask them.
