I don't feel that there is a age it is more a mental maturity thing. When a person is ready then that would be a great time. I mean ready financially, emotionally and ready to be patient. There is so much more to having a baby then what age you are. Oh ya and have health insurance. I am so tired of raising other peoples kids because they keep having babies and cant afford it so we the tax payers are giving them hand outs with our hard earned money. Just be prepared.

The right age to have kids is when you're emotionally and financially able to take care of them. I vote for anywhere between the ages of 20 and 35.
If I were single I would date a person with a kid, but I'd have to see if that's something I could deal with long-term. That's a tricky road to walk, so I'd just have to take that a step at a time.

It depends on the person. Some people are not academic and are not career oriented, so 18 is good for them. For some people who are not into kids, there will never be a good age.
I would not date a person with a kid, because my husband would be upset :). If I were single, I would not date a person with a kid- I might have a fling, but that's it. I don't like kids, so I wouldn't want to raise them. Grown up kids would be ok, but no screaming toddlers or grumpy teens for me.

When you're done with college, maybe worked a year or two.
So between 25-35 sounds good to me. Other ages can be good too (depending on individual circumstances).
I'd rather date someone without a kid, but if I love him and he has a kid, that wouldn't stop me.

Id say once you were out of highschool. Some say when your done with college but not everyone goes to college. I didnt. I was also 19 when i gave birth to my son. I believe im doing fine, im not on welfare, i was married beforehand and im happy. I think it all depends on when your ready emotionally, finacially and physcially.
