If you're still alive after all this time I would suggest that you're over the worst of it.
Have you seen the doc yet? Better to get a professional diagnosis than well-meaning amateurs advising you.

this friend is in need of some serious help. unfortunatly those with eating disorders ( this is a form of bulemia it's just pooping it out instead of throwing it up) are usually the last to notice that they need help. start off by telling her the facts about laxative use. they will dehydrate you which is why it seems that you are losing weight, it is all water. and by the time the food reaches your intestines and is expelled, your body has absorbed the calories anyway. her best bet is a sensible diet and excercise if she truely feels like she needs to lose weight. if she continues her bad health decisions, you MUST tell someone. she may hate you for it at the time, but an ex friend is better than a dead friend.

i too am allergic to aot of things and the trick is dont panic i know how easy it is to say that as my allergies have over the last year got worse so much so i carry an adrenaline shot with me. all i can say is everytime you have a reaction just keep an eye on its severity make sure you have always got a bottle of piriton anti allergy medicine and sleep. unless you start noticing tongue swelling or breathing problems this medicine should suffice

well i am allergic to a lot of stuff including soy, wheat, dairy, and never when i accidentily ate one of those things i got bad reaction but one time i had soy and my eyes swelled up....so i would say drink alot of fluids or call the hospital and tell them. if you see some swelling any where on your body put a wet wash cloth and go to sleep...take it from someone has been in your shoes before!

Drink fluids, it will get it out of your system faster.

Milk should make the symptoms get weaker.

Call your doctor and inform him/her that you ate the kiwi.

Don't panic.

If you're worried take a nap [after the fluids] or rest.

Other things may help, what are your reactions?

You can take any antihistamine tablet if available over the counter. Else, go to the ER (I am assuming you are in USA).
