There are walleyes in the lake and in the Niagara River. Leeches and worm harnesses work good in the river. I've never fished for them in the lake but I've caught them in Lake Erie. It would be worth it to find a guide in your area and go with them and learn what works best where you plan to fish. You can learn techniques and places to catch them from the guide. The money spent will be nothing compared to the time and money spent trying to figure it out on your own.

there are alots of walleyes in the south shore canadian water. you just have to do some reserch and figler out what bait they like to eat there. i also know there are gaint pike in canada. try alot of jigs and lures that walleye like and maby you should use some live bait. Good luck and happy fishing

nicely this could be a incredibly straightforward question so i'm going to provide you you're short and candy answer. Get you some diverse sized jig heads and positioned many times happening previous shinners (minnows) on them. solid it out, enable it hit backside, then twitch, twitch, twitch, and twitch some extra. i've got seen some men use drop shot rigs for Walleyes and incredibly do fairly nicely. it incredibly is something diverse and exciting to attempt in any case.
