If your job is physically hectic then you should have a high carb diet but if it is not so tiring on the body then snacking on healthy foods about every 2-3 hours should keep you going.

Oats for breakfast, fruit or yoghurt, pasta or sandwich, more fruit and add some nuts to a quick snack. Eat every 2-3 hours of light snacks as this will keep your energy stores up, eating big meals make you lethargic

I can't guarantee that this will work for you, but it does for me:
-oatmeal and coffee for breakfast
-mid-morning snack: apple and a yogurt (and sometimes tea with honey)
-lunch: 1/2 cup of vegetable juice, a salad with dressing, and a frozen meal (one under 350 calories) or a tuna sandwich on whole grain bread
-afternoon snack: a handful of cashews and a bowl of cut veggies (I like carrots, cucumber and peppers)
Drink water all day; it will keep your system running. I also sometimes keep some really dark chocolate on hand...I get cravings, and it satisfies them, but its so bitter that I don't overindulge. Good luck!
