They say negative calorie foods are food that have very little calories and your body burns more calories consumming and diegesting the food that it actually has. there is conterversy over this topic but a lot belive it is true.

It's foods like cucumbers, broccoli, celery, green beans, ect.... They evn say apples and oranges are included in the list (wich to me is hard to believe because of the sugar) but it is exspose to be hard for your body to brek down thus burning more energy.

Any body have any ideas?

All foods have some calories, but you are correct that it's much harder for your body to break them down which burns more calories than the fruit or veggie has. Thus burning more calories than ingested. Here's a list of "Negative Calories Foods"

I've believed in the concept of negative calorie foods for many years. Included are very low calorie fruits and vegetable: including radishes, onions, peppers, etc. Your body does take more energy to digest these foods than their total caloric value.

yes green peppers its because it takes your body more energy to digest the food then it has in it. But you wont lose weight like that cause its so few calories

like both, fruits: berries, pears, pears, peaches, dragonfruit, pomegranate.... Vegetables: CUCUMBERS, bok choy, green beans, broccoli,.... I actually guess the two are great.
