i'm doing a renovation job for my company and all the walls are old plaster. the lath behind the plaster just eats up sawzall blades left and right. grinders and such are dusty as hell.we need nice clean cuts on the walls that don't come out. i've delt with this stuff before and haven't really found a good way to do it without dust and without 50 packs of sawzall blades. how bout you?

The dust you are not going to get rid of but you can reduce a little of it by using a pry bar and remove most of the lath and try a carbide blade in a rotary saw.
Wear a mask and use some paint throw cloth to hang and reduce the spreading of the dust to other areas.
Good Luck!!!
