What muscles? You don't have any.

I know this is going to tick you off, since you already said not to tell you that you shouldn't, but . . .

you shouldn't. That is the honest and best answer. Being athletic and having a little extra lean muscle mass is EXTREMELY healthy! It keeps your heart strong and your metabolism and fat-burning abilities high. Why would you want to change that? What's more important--being healthy and fit, or worrying about what size jeans you wear? Please give this some serious thought.

eat less protein, which builds muscle mass, and you should try to do fat burning exercises like cardio, and aerobics to try to burn the muscles, this may not necessarily work, but you can try it. Its really hard to stay the same shape but loss muscle mass, of course you could become a couch potato and gain fat, getting rid of your muscle.
