World Almanac and Book of Facts, 1935 and Readers Digest Almanac and Yearbook 1983. these are you source!!!! hardly the most reliable and up to date sources. one item makes me suspicious of the facts is a decrease for Confucianism and Taoism, beside the fact that they are philosophies rather than religions, is that almost the population of china is not decreasing, close communist control is loosening so therefore the recorded beliefs in these two should be shown as growing. Islam grew over the 50 years used in the readers digest because of population growth. mainly in India, Pakistan, Indonesia and Bangladesh. because us nasty evil westerners gave you our satanic modern medicine and the vile green revolution which provided you with a sustainable food supply. there is also the fact that in most Muslim nations apostasy is a capital crime tends to discourage people from leaving the faith. here are two sites on a reputable source that puts the growth of Islam in context.

oh! and the convert ion rate to Islam in Europe and the US is pretty low compared to Buddhism and definitely low compared to apatheism. and if that's the best list of converts you could come up with, i wouldn't have bothered. and I'm not anti-Islam, I'm just as critical of Christians as well when they spout their creationist mumbo jumbo. please if you're going to make claims like this do some research, use reliable sources and explain all of the factors that you base this belief on.

GOD Laws are made of three Books: The Old Testament, The new Testament and Quran as a conclusion all originated from the middle east. How can you understand GOD LAWS with out reading GOD Conclusion?
"Say: we believe in God and in what has been revealed to us, and what was revealed to Abraham, Isma'il: Isaac, Jacob and The Tribes, and in (the Books) given to Moses, Jesus and the Prophets, from their Lord: We make no distinction between one and another, among them, and to God do we bow our will (in Islam)." (Qur'an, Al-Imran 3:84)

If the growth rates are taken from World Almanac and Readers Digest, why aren't those the sites that are your sources? I have yet to see a non-Islamic site that backs up these claims. This is no different than how many of the Pagan religions represent themselves. They always offer Pagan sites to back up their claims............ anyone can make a site, take info from other places and present it anyway they want.

unfortunately you are right, for Christians have become lazy and self centered. Who, want things done their way like some fast food recipe, Christianity is losing not because it is the TRUTH, the WAY and the LIFE, but Christians are not going into all the fullness of God because they are being disobedient to the Word of God.

Wake up O Christians! Rise up and repent, look to Jesus the Author and finisher of your faith. Before it is too late but for weeping and gnashing of teeth.

I'd be interested to see how this growth rate compares to nonbelief, and some more modern statistics, 1983 is practically ancient history.

I've seen growth rates for nonbelief to be between 200 and 250%.

I could list as many apostates as you can list converts, but whats the point? Muslims have a high birth rate?

That is quite interesting. However, birth rates account very much for that.
