Of course you examine the evidence and make your decision based on the facts.
Which is exactly why I chose to become a Christian. I examined the evidence for Christ, weighed the facts, and made my decision accordingly.

I have once did jury duty, but it was uninteresting. We weighed the facts and evidence and made a decision. I didn't have to ask God for the truth, just the wisdom and understanding to find it.

Christians like to ignore all evidence of any kind if it goes against their beliefs. This includes their belief of whether a person is guilty or innocent of a crime.

As a Christian, I would do my civic-duty to consider all evidence as presented. I would attempt to judge impartially & correctly, because I feel the seriousness of such a duty.
To the answerers that 'bashed' Christians: I forgive you for your unkind words, I understand that you don't understand us, & I hope that you find happiness before you die!
Peace!

God judges not man. I would abstain for making any judgments regardless of the evidence. I would be the one that would cause a mistrial.
