Haven't decided yet. Probably make a big pot of chili, we're under a winter storm warning so that sounds good.

We are having scallops, squid, tiger prawns, lobster and mussels! We treat ourselves on a saturday night and do the business. Problem tonight though, as usual we bought all shellfish from Tesco. No problems in 3 years but, today half the mussels will not close when tapped , so we have binned them. Rang Tesco and we have a refund next week. Problem is, we will be fighting over the remaining mussels!

We're having a junk-food snacky night tonight - potato skins with cheese and ham, breaded jalapino peppers stuffed with cream cheese, onion rings and chicken satay sticks. All of which was bought at the supermarket earlier!

I am making a huge paella and home made sangria for some friends who are coming to dinner. It's so lovely and warm here in Spain, at the moment that we shall be eating alfresco.
