This morning I woke up with just a little stiffness pain. I felt like saying, "I like the feel of a little ache in the morning, it feels like victory". Hoo - hah. Do you ever feel like that?

You know, I did go to the rehab pool twice this week. Maybe that had something to do with it. Also, today is up in the 70's again.

To #1, have you tried Neurontin. Have to get use to it but it definitely won't give you insomnia.

Yes the pool & the temp definitely has something to do with it. I live in Illinois where it's cold & damp & I feel awful most days. Last October I took a trip to FL to visit a friend & stayed 5 wks. Out of those 5 wks I had real pain &stiffness only twice. I was able to swim most days & relax in the hot tub, plus soak up the sun. It was glorious. I did more walking & exercising in that 5 wks than I'd done in a year at home. That's why I need to sell my house & move to Florida.

Yes, I get those rare good days. Sometimes I have gotten them 2 days in a row! I always think, "maybe it is gone" but it is not. I do fell better when I exorcise moderately. Walking is the best, as long as it is on flat surfaces at first.

yeah. A good day is one where I feel mild pain as compared to the sharp stabbing pains in every joint, muscle and bone. Since I am unmedicated (my doc and I haven't found a good combination yet and everything has given me insomnia), I count good days as ones that I'm not reaching for my Tylenol.
