I can find "where" and "how" format the card using the format feature on your camera?

That's a statement ... not a question. You can find it on my camera ... really?

If you meant to say that YOU CAN'T find 'where' or 'how' on YOUR camera that would be different. Perhaps supplying US with a make and model would be helpful.

All I can suggest is that you'll need to go to the camera's set-up menu and go through the options there. Without more specifics, that's all I got.

Please be more careful in wording your questions and also supply more details next time.
