It's such a common problem - with me, I usually get a couple of bad nights, then I'm so exhausted I do actually sleep, and the anxious thinking pattern is broken. Check out this webpage for some good sleep/insomnia tips, and good luck!

I know you heard all these before ; but trust me they work ; A nice warm glass of milk just before bed . No spicy foods before bed. Try counting backwards from 500 it will keep your mind focused on something while you drift off. also put on a cd with the sound of rain ,or wind or the ocean on it you'll be fast asleep. Sweet Dreams.

you could flow to a psychologist, get an stress drugs, attempt slumbering drugs.... or you could attempt different selections with out using drugs or docs like scaling down particular issues close to bedtime like caffeine, have very lively days so as which you're very exhausted on the top of the day, or (the single I definitely have in lots of instances employeed) sleep with the television or radio on and attempt to song out to all different concepts and concentration thoroughly on the noise which incorporate your eyes closed. solid luck.

try spraying lavender on your pillow. you could try the slow breathing in for 5 and then out for 10 also you may need to talk to someone about your anxieties, don't bottle things up as they always seem worse.

Clear your mind. Meditate. Don't think about your problems. Just drift off...works for me, and I'm under a lot of stress (broke, my girlfriend's in trouble, lots of debt, mother's going crazy...)...but I sleep well at night.
