I brush my teeth everyday but i don't see them really white is there any thing to do except crest white strips? I think either baking soda or baking powder work I just don't know which one either.

Belive it or not crest whitestrips are worth the money they work excellent. Ive heard that strawberries have a natural whitener in them. If it is money you dont want to spend on the whitestrips it is actually worth the 20 to 30 dollars you could have a dentist do it but it would cost between 250-500 dollars. As far as anything else Ive never tried baking soda or peroxide but I suppose its worth a shot just dont swallow it.

The white strips do actually work very well. But if you don't want to do that use lemon and baking soda, it's a natural way to whiten

I got the same problem. I bought a crest toothpaste that says "extra whitening" on the box. it made my teeth look a little whiter...until I ate something and it didn't look as white anymore=(
my guess...buy some of those white strips...

they make this whitening mouthwash that you can use twice a day made by crest. My teeth got a lot whiter. Baking soda is what you want to use to brush your teeth, but, it'll taste weird

You could try crest white strips. OR you could go to your dentist and ask for Teeth Whiting. I've done it before. I saw a little improvement

You can use a mixture of equal parts mouth wash (I prefer Crest Total) and peroxide. Rinse your mouth like you normally do and be sure to also rinse with water afterwards to flush out all the peroxide. Of course it will take time, but cost effective.

try using a teeth whitening paste and maybe switch your toothbrush.. other stuff you can try is drinking coffee and wine through a straw..might sound stupid but its better than not drinking them at all..and it wont make your teeth yellow.. and brush your teeth 3 times a day if u dont already. hope this helps! good luck =)
