Ushape sail lift off the beach what is it??

I saw a teen using a ushaped "sail" like a small parachute in ushape, to run, jump and glide on the beach. What is this "sail" called? I wanna get one for my teen.

The ones I have see are parasails or sail kites.

I'm pretty sure that you are talking about a boogie board and these types have an unusual name so I don't remember what it is called. SORRY
