It is possible that the morning after pill altered your menstruation cycle. I wouldn't worry about it.

To ease your mind, go to the doctor's and get a blood test done to test for pregnancy, if you can afford it. Otherwise, try a Planned Parenthood place (they may do it for free).
There are many factors that can throw off your cycle. It could have been the emergency contraception you took, stress, your eating habits, all kinds of things.
I have to say, I don't agree with taking the morning after pill. It's just a step above abortion. If you're worried about unplanned pregnancy, get on birth control and continue condom use to avoid STDs.
Good luck, I hope it works out the way you want it to.

Take another prego test in a week... if negative you're not prego. OR go see a doctor and get the ACTUAL prego test done.

sex should be between a husband and his wife. that is the way God planned it to be. God has an awesome plan for your life. except jesus and let him work in your life. pray for his will to be done in your life. i will pray that you are not pregnant or picked up a harmful disease . hang in there and trust in the Lord.

Wait two weeks and retest. You are probably just stressed, sometimes if your iron is low it can effect your period or it does with me anyway.
