I am trying to find a jello-like gel that I can use to fill up transparent flower vases for my wedding. I've seen it before but I do not know what its called or where it is sold.

You are not talking about something edible, right?
Michael's crafts has it. It is permanent. Once you use it in the vases that is it, the flowers never come out. It might be silicone although I am not sure.
If you are talking about something edible, they have a cake decorating section.

Check at Wal-Mart. In the craft section. It will be cheaper if they have it there than at a craft store. Good luck on your wedding!!
