Straw like hair is caused by ultra dry hair which means your hair needs to be nourished. massage your scalp daily with olive or almond oil. wash it off completely in the morning. It will restore the moisture and will make your hair softer and smoother instantly.

Hi there,
I use four things to get my hair silky:
1. TIGI Girl Toys shine serum. I put it on after I shower to get it silky. Costs $15.95 .Also, if you put it on the ends of your hair, it makes split ends dissapear, and I would know because I have long curly hair halfway down my back that has a LOT of split ends! :)
2.Redken All Soft Conditioner. Gets my hair very soft. Weird texture though, it's a pale orange and very chunky. Costs $12.50
3. CHI Straightener- This makes my hair sooooooooo soft and silky and shiney! But if you already have straight hair, it isn't that much of a necessity because it costs a lot. Costs $120
4. S Factor (made by TIGI) Smoothing Lusterizer. Makes hair oh so soft and smells absoloutly heavanly! Has very very thimy sparkles that catch the light in a very attractive way, but doesn't make you look like a four year old. Costs $28.50
Hope these help!

ok these products work wonders on my hair! first i use biolage ultra hydating shampoo and balm. my hair is course thick and frizzy, so it might make ur hair feel heavy or weighed down so i would reccomend just the hydrating shampoo and conditioner. then i use the neutrogena silk touch leave in cream. works great as a leave in conditioner and makes ur hair soft and silky and its only about 6 bucks. then a good straightener is very important so i use the maxiglide by maxius. theee best straightener i've ever used cuz u don't have to blowdry before so its easier and makes hair very, very shiny. the last thing i use is the frizz-ease finishing creme, which hides split ends, restores oils lost during straightening and makes hair shiny and reflect the light. i hope this helps you!!!

Is it because you have dyed it too many times, or is it just like that?

Go to Sally's- they have these little white ION packets. They're there for everything. Repairing damage, straightening and curling hair, softening hair, de-frizzing, everything! They're only like, $2 a packet, and they work really well. I've dyed my hair like, 100 times and so it was really dry until I started using these, once a week... They should have one there for you!

olive oil massage (hair and scalp) and leave it for at least half an hour. Olive oil always works. it will make your hair look healthier and shinier.
