Im looking for a high calorie powder (it doesnt have to have protein) that I could blend into shakes but I dont want it to have all the fat that all the weight gainers ive seen have.

Rachel, most weight gainers are going to be high in protein and high in carbohydrates. They'll sometimes includes fats, but usually not many. I can't tell from your question what your ultimate fitness goal is here (gain lean body mass, is what I'm guessing), so I'm doing some guesswork here.

Regardless of your goals, I would go with a gainer that contains proteins AND carbs. Most gainer powders boost their calories by using some combination of sugars like dextrose, maltodextrin and fructose. They may contain a few grams of fat, but I wouldn't sweat it -- it's miniscule as a percentage of total calories.

I've included some links below for powders you can check out. I've only included those that I could view the ingredients and nutritional information on. In all cases, they are high calorie/high protein gainers with little or no fat.

Realize also that because of the high sugar/carb levels, these powders can cause excess calories to be stored as bodyfat.

If you provide some more details about what you are trying to accomplish, I can get more specific in my recommendations. Also, check out the bodybuilding.com link below, which has a nice comparison chart that let's you look at the nutritional profile (including how much fat per serving.) They also sell the products, which makes it convenient.

Best of luck!
