During the week I have either Quaker instant oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins, a banana and coffee, or a toasted cinnamon and raisin bagel with a wee bit of peanut butter and some fruit yogurt. On the weekends when there's more time, something like a bacon and tomato sandwich, a toasted western, yogurt with mixed chopped fruit, waffles and sausage or my version of a ham/ egg McMuffin. Fresh fruit is really tasty too. Hope you've gotten some ideas

Egg beaters made on the stove to make...
Mini breakfast pizzas - english muffin halves or toast, topped with egg and veggies, and some fat free cheese, put under the broiler or using a toaster oven until the cheese is melted.

A Breakfast Burrito.
I scramble a dozen eggs, & a tube of sausage,
put egg, sausage, some cheddar and salsa in flour tortillas
and roll 'em up. Then I wrap each one in plastic and put them in a bag in the freezer. So they're there for whenever to be nuked.

I had pancakes and strawberry smoothie for breakfast this morning.
Go to the supermarket and buy a whole variety of different types of breakfast cereals and alternate every morning. Or for fast pancakes, buy the "just add water" mixes for fast pancakes. Keep muffins in your freezer so you can just pull one out and put it in your microwave for fast muffins and coffee.

It's not my breakfast time yet. But it'll probably either be a cheese quesadilla (put cheddar on tortilla and nuke for 40 seconds) or ramen. Those are my usuals.

Why don't you eat a bowl of sugar free corn flakes with skimmed milk? It fills you up and is very healthy.
