Yes. Yes she is. But you know what? Her food tastes good! Sure its fattening, but she's using real ingredients. You need the fat to make it taste good. (at least some of it, she may go a little nuts once in a while. The Paula Dean Butter statue was one example....)

Try amazon.com They have several of her books, but I am attaching a link for the book with a publish date listed as Oct 2006. I hope this helps. I order from amazon all the time, especially since I compared prices with my local bookstore.
