Ford uses Motorcraft in all of thier engines. Autolite works great in about all cars on the road for replacement. Just stay away from Bosch, they cause running problems in a lot of American engines.

Ford has been using only motorcraft brand of spark plugs since the early 1970s or so.

I second the staying away from some brands of plugs, as some brands techs have found have the wrong heat range among other things and can cause headaches such as using champion in Ford products (however they work great in dodge)

Haven't had any problems with motorcraft or autolite (which was Ford's supplier before going with their in-house motorcraft brand) .

Ford uses Motorcraft spark plugs. An aftermarket plug that will work for Ford is Autolight plugs.

Motorcraft plugs came OE in that truck. After years of working at a dealer, I can confidently tell you that FOrds do not run well on Autolites. We will not install them here for that reason.
