~The stress caused by listening to non-smokers whine about my little pleasure does more to raise my blood pressure and reduce my life span than a few hits on a cancer stick. I'll make a deal with you: I'll keep smoking and ignore you, and you can make it your life's work to make me see the error of my ways - just don't do it in my presence.

Lot of things have been tried. Reducing the size with longer filter may be tried and then observe to get the statistics. However smoking is not going to stop. I am a smoker of about 20 a day. Reducing the size may help me.

No, I'm afraid they will simply smoke more.
The only thing that will help a smoker is your support and encouragement if they are trying to quit. There is also a book out called stop smoking that is supposed to be very effective to a smoker reading it - some kind of hypnosis maybe? I don't know.
If you have someone that you care about that is a smoker, try not to be judgemental as it only makes things worse. You might try keeping them very active so they are not thinking about smoking but it's really like any habit or dependency. It just happens to be bad for them.

If anything reduces from it's own size, we think it is an half-portion only . So if the size of the cigarate is reduced he may consume 2 instead of one in short interval. If one cigarate take a minimum 2.5 min. it reduces the life of a person without any difference. It is only a total ban, are heavy punishment on smokers may have some effect on smokers.

As a smoker, no if you made the little buggers smaller we would just smoke more! :) And thanks for caring about our lives. I have tried to quit several times and I haven't been able to yet. I am concerned with my health issues and the heath of others, I think that the only way to get all smokers to stop is to stop making the cigs with all the deadly chemicals in them. Natural tobacco is natural, but very hard to get anymore. Raising the prices isn't helping, and all the smoking bans don't help us, it just hurts the businesses. What gets me is that the gov. keeps raising cig prices and doesn't do anything for alcohol. How many people do you know have been killed by a smoking driver? I know hundreds of people that have been killed by drunk drivers. The gov won't do anything about alcohol b/c they are drinkers. Kinda unfair I think, but that is just my opinion. If you do find a way to help smokers, please let me know. Have a great day! :)

What is the use if we reduce the size of cigarate ? People who smoke will smoke two at a time. Now it will be more than the first time. Smoking has to be completely banned instead of reducing the size.

I think you mean "cigarettes"?
No - reducing the size of the cigarettes will not help, the smoker wil light up another once he finish the smaller cigarette. But raising the prices of cigarettes will help - price it beyond the means of the ordinary wage earners. Sell them in packets of 20s (and not 6s or 10s) so that the younger ones cannot afford them.

Breast tissue is mostly fat, and the only way to reduce fat by exercise is to eat less and burn more - which will reduce the fat all over your body. Most women lose weight on breasts and buttocks first, so a little weight loss might help a little. But if you're talking about a large reduction, you'll starve to death before you lose that much bust size.
