Not enough information--as you asked for time, and not years. it could be the last day of 300AD and the first day of 306AD--where it would be 5 years of the modern calender an one day. of course that would leave out hours , minutes, and seconds.
But on the other-hand time is relative to where you are standing, who you are, and how you messure time. Because this is a "fishing question"--and fly-fishing is to have been noted to be discovered in 300AD. The time span could be the difference between a "goggle headed horse fly with a quail feather flick" and a " bugged eye bot fly with a pheasant feather wing"
Or the time span could be the life cycle of a lake trout.

if you are wanting to convert this to moderern day years i think the time back then was based on a 300 day year so it would be
4.94 years useing to days time
