He's calling for a female.
He'll keep doing it until you have him neutered.
Also having him neutered will cut down on his risk of cancer and if done early enough will stop him from spraying to mark his territory.
Please have him neutered ASAP.

cos hes calling al the females in the area who are on heat you get him neutered and he will stop

he's in heat and to a cat it;s very painful...they also are letting all the lovely girl cats that he is around if they want to hook up..you really should get your cat fixed so he don;t suffer and your ears don;t have to suffer;;;.it calms them down and they become stronger to not getting sick also...it;s a win win situation,,,,,,LOL

It's not the fact he's unneutered. Both of my cats do it occasionally and both are fixed. I'm thinking it's out of boredom sometimes. My wife says our younger cat does it after I go to work. He sits by the front door and wails. She thinks he misses me. I just think he wants to go outside. They might do it to get attention too.
