She does not do it all the time but when she does she will go outside and eat some grass and then she will puke it up. She reminds me of a cow. Whats up with that?

Dogs need greens to help the digestive system clean out, just like people need fiberous foods. The regurgitation may just be some grass stuck in the esophagus. You can supplement your dogs diet with Spiritulina and Barley Grass or just give your dog frozen string beans 1 or twice a week with meal. You do not have to cook them, just thaw completely and squeeze out the water and mix with food. Works for my dogs, although they still once in a while find a tasty patch of mint in the yard they like.

Dogs eat grass if they have a upset stomach and this can be caused by eating rich food, changing to a different type of dog food or if the dog is not getting the right nutrients. I hope this helped! Good luck

Yes, dogs do eat grass. Usually if your dog is eating grass, its stomach is hurting so you might want to make sure your dog hasnt eatenn anything it shouldnt have, like garbage or table scraps.

A dog will eat grass either when it has a stomach upset and needs to purge the contents of the stomach or if the dog is bored.

Dogs eat grass because their stomach are upset. It settles it or something, they even sell little pots with grass in it for that purpose. You should call a vet though.

It's normal. Make sure that your grass isn't treated for anything. They do that when they have upset stomach. Kinda their own home remedy. You can also get a grass at a pet store which is more safer for them to eat.

She's sick. The grass induces vomiting. Unless it becomes a habit, its fine--just an old dog home remedy.

She does it because her stomach is upset. The puking should have been a clue.
