Have just been out with hosepipe and there is no sign of water entering around any of the joints etc. There is evidence of more water on the left hand side (looking from behind) so will have to keep an eye to see what is happening.

On some cars, there are one or two drain hoses that come from the sunroof. They route the water away from the gulley, down the hoses and out via one or two exit holes in the boot. Sometimes these pipes come disconnected from these exit holes and leak into the boot. Take a look behind the carpet lining around the inside of the boot.....they should be there somewhere.

At the bottom of the rear windscreen (at the point of the V-shape where the wiper is placed) rust has been known to form.

Alternatively, the seal can come away, allowing water inside.
