Go to a college book store and see what books they use in college level courses. Buy one or write down the name and see if the library will let you check it out.
YOU do WORK at doing homeschool stuff, right!
You DO study!
It's all out there. On the internet. In the library. RESERACHING is the key and THAT is required to get a Masters or PH D degree, so you better learn it.
When I had this 15 year old girl doing work outs and talking about taking substances like Creatine I did reasearch and found Bilogical web sites that had some HAIRY stuff on how ATP is made.
Now, that's phisiology. Do YOU know what ATP is, if not, search, learn and read.
Start with what you know. EVEYRONE knows what a LIVER is, everyone knows what a HEART is, everyone knows what a KIDNEY is.
GO LOOK THEM UP
find out all you can on them.
When you DO learn them, you won't know more than a Doctor, but you WILL know more than a high school science teacher!

I've studied always in a university, but I can recommend you the text books that are the staple in many universities:
_Human Anatomy & Physiology_ by Elaine N. Marieb and Katja Hoehn. The best textbook, bar none.
_Clinically Oriented Anatomy_ by Moore and Dalley. A great (and cheap) study guide.
Good luck.
