My metabolism rate is somehow screwed up and I know it so please, I don't want any suggestions that consider health wise problem. I only want effective ways of losing 10 pounds quick. what to eat, how much to eat, when to eat and stuff..
please, don't ask me to go for weight loss programs or workouts at the gym. no drugs too!
I really need reliable, effective answers that will work and has worked for you. Thanks!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

Hi,

I can help. I specialize in helping people lose weight via detox programmes.

Personally, I am not so much for slimming centres too because the fastest way I know to lose weight is through a detox. I myself lost 15kg and dropped from XL to a S size within 2 mths.

And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I am taking to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out and help your body start to accept water.

Well.. how quick is quick for you? But what always helps is.. in the morning a glass of orange juice, an egg(NO TOAST!) and a cup of some sort of fruit( NOT A BANANA because bananas make you tired!) half way between your breakfast and lunch time frame, eat a piece of fruit-anything! Then have lunch no noodles, bread products,maybe like a salad(hold the dressing), tuna( hold the mayo),try to get some veggies. in between lunch and dinner have some sort of snack such as a piece of fruit or veggie. For dinner have a salad, chicken with a lot of veggies, or you can have salmon with rice. (IF YOU LIKE RICE, EAT ITA LOT, IT REALLY HELPS BECAUSE IT'S A GRAIN AND ALSO HAS LITTLE CALORIES AND NO PERSERVATIVES!) For dessert, have another piece of fruit! Don't forget do NOT eat anything pasted 7 and let atleast an hour between each meal, and eat slow so that your food can digest!Good luck!

i have this diet that worked with my cousin but its a bit hard at the beginning. it is a 2 month plan and u might lose abt 10 kgs.

for the first week is to make ur stomach size smaller.
for breakfast : drink warm water
from 9 am to 11 am eat any fruit except (banana, mango, strawberry) u cant eat an apple for example.

before 30 min from lunch: a cup of water and put 5 drops of lemon or half a lemon(small)

lunch: salad (lettuce ,cucumber, tomato) no salt no oil no lemon on it . + a boiled egg

dinner : eat a cup of yogurt low fat

and btw u need to walk atleast from 30 min to 1 hour everyday and no sugar. and u can drink as much water as u want water is the main thing for the body

I did slimfast and lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks. Or you can go on the Scarsdale diet, they provide a range of food and you can do it anywhere.

If you're really desperate and want to lose it just for an upcoming special occasion you can try the water and pepper diet?

The easiest way to lose weight fast,without starving or cutting water, that I know of is an all protein/fat diet with very little to no carbs. Like Atkins

And of course the quickest way to lose 10 lbs would be to lose water weight with a combination of excercise, dry sauna, and diuretics. But, you have stated you don't want to excercise so my advice to you would be to stop eating entirely.

Okay so at night before i go to bed i do leg ups...were you lay on your side and bring your leg up as far as you can...i do 50 of those on each side ...i do 50 crunches to the side...were you lay on one side and u pull your knees to the side then you and do 50 crunches on each side then i do normall chrunches and it has worked for me...not sure how but i have about lost almost maybe 6 to 7 lbs but i cant really tell you how long but it hasnt been that long...and try running about 3 times around the park or nabourhood it worked for me

Exercise everyday at least half an hour...like jog, or do your housework can burn fat too.

Just eat when you are hungry and stop before you are full is the best way to do.
