Bent here means that she was not behaving normally, implying that she was perhaps drunk, high on drugs, or simply psychotic. In other words, acting very strangely. We also say "twisted".

Wow you ask alot of novel questions man what kind of books are you reading. It is cool though that you want to know what they are saying and not just read along. I think that means something was wrong or twisted with her although i am guessing
