I have liked him for a while now and he kinda knows. (dont ask another story). Anyway we talk some and have a lot in common. I really enjoy talking to him. In the hallway I see him looking at me and when I look he smiles a little. He says I look like my sister.
He has a younger and mean girlfreind who is mean to everyone but not around him. He knows though. At the dance he didnt hang out with her and hung out with me a little bit. Do you think he likes me? what should I do? And I definitely dont want to be the reason for them to break up, if they do.

ask him what he wants, and tell him you don't want to hang out with him if that little biotch of a girlfriend is gonna be around him any.

It sounds like he might be interested. I'm not sure what to make of the "He says I look like my sister" comment.
If he decides to break it off with his current g/f, that's his decision to make. If he and the girl are supposed to be together, they'll stay together. If not, that's fine, even better for you because he'll be single and you'll have a better chance.
