camomille is great for relaxing depending on how you want to relax. if your in a bath then put candles around you and use plenty of bath salts etc. if you just want to generally relax in the living room then oil burners are what you need. sandlewood oils etc are really relaxing and lavender like you said

I think any delicate scent would be relaxing. I personally like Gardenia.
