My weight didn't bother me through high school. I knew i was abit over weight but not much. But since i started college my weight started bothering me more & more. I then stopped eating but that didn't last! Now i only tend to eat 3 smallish meals a day & then after i have finished it i go & make my self sick. What is wrong with me? I feel fat & i just want 2 be thin. What am i heading towards here?

Yes, alot of college kids do gain weight, becuase of what they eat, and when and how much they eat it. Don't starve yourself, eating reasonable medium sized healthy meals are good. Make sure your paying attention to what kinds of foods your eating. Keep that up, other physical activities will help u loose weight, and make you feel much better. I don't think theres nothing major wrong with you becuase you didn't really go into details, you just said your feeling fat and wanna be thin. Eating 100% different and exercising and stretching 30 minutes a day if you could 3 times a week. While your studying eat something light. Stay away from the candy bars, and sodas, that will bother your skin.
Everything I'm telling you right now is basically what I learned, cuz I soemtimes felt fat too, but my weight is dropping into place now, becuase I'm still growing, and is active.

I was anorexic before, and believe me, I basically know the symptoms of anorexic people. You are experiencing some kind of anorexia (hoping it is only acute). I don't want to criticize you, note that I'm only giving out information here. Anorexic people have a distorted perception about weight and would resort to not eating so that they will lose weight. Like me before. I was bothered with my weight as well that time, up to the point that I drank only milk and sometimes with cereals for my daily meal!

Consider that there's nothing wrong with you. There is something wrong with your attitude towards yourself though. I suggest that you identify what you think is wrong with your body (of course, caused by weight). Don't look at the weight itself, just a mere number, you don't know whether your weight is fat, bone or muscle, right? Follow a strict diet but a still "normal" one. Something which will not deviate you from others and would not cause you harm. And do exercise, most of all. It will tone you up, and it can be relaxing, uplifting...

There's nothing wrong with you. Just be specific with what body part you want to fix. Wish you recovery.

Thats not good at all. You should see a doctor about this because you are simply killing yourself. This might be a annoying solution but it might help.

1) Start eating again. Your body needs energy.

2) Make goals. Don't make big ones like "lose 30 lbs. in a month". Just do exercises reguarly and lose 15 pounds in 5 months or something around that.

3) Don't worry about what other people think. There will always be someone there to criticize you. Don't let them ruin your work ethic for your goals.

But remember start eating or you will never do exercises because you won't have any energy. Hope this helps.

Don't starve yourself or throw up. This will have repercussions in the form of a slowed metabolism, making the next thing you eat twice as fattening. As for weight, I recommend eating protein bars and working out.
