I thinks it a pretty good idea. It would be fun for you to keep it goin awhile. I would enjoy that as a guy.

I think it a good idea to get the guys attention...at least in the short term.
If I got an email like you describe, saying someone was interested in me, but no clue as to who it was, I'd be interested, but I would also expect a follow up of some sort.
If you just leave it a mystery without follow up, it will just be creepy to the guy you send it to.

One problem, if you're doing it with no recognisable name, then it may well end up being sent directly to his Junk mail folder.
Even if it doesn't, he'd probably bin it, because there are so many junk mails being sent, its now a natural thing to do.
Heres an Idea, Don't tell him you like him, but just ask him out for a coffee, if you make sure your name (or reference he would know) is in the subject.
C'mon, you like the guy, go for it, the worst thing that can happen is he can say No Thanks, at least you'll know where you stand (although if he answers, at least he was interested in what you had to say!)
GO FOR IT!
all the best :-)

Dear Kayla chances are he might think it is spam and delete it put in the subject line his name and after that I love you he probably will read it also don't be afraid just to tell him to his face he might like you as well and if you wait around he may find someone else and that would just make things worse people say that if you wait good things will come but there is a time in life that requires immediate action and love is one of those things I wish you good luck Kayla and don't wait around let him know

You have to question yourself what is your objectives for emailing but not revealing your ID. It is fustrated to receive mails like that and would be treated as spam. Of course you are putting the person off if s/he found out the sender.

ADD ur e-mail address!!i would think its cute, i guess, and wish it would be from a crush i have, i would save it and tell my friends that i got it, (not show them it), also if he has a girlfriend don't send him one because he will automatically think its from her. Add ur email address and dont tell him ur name in the email so he will have to figure out who's email it is himself. Also, does he know ur email address???

I would think it is lame and probably make fun of it and throw it away. The girl would stand a chance. If she really liked me, I would hope she would tell me in person. I would have to give her a lot of respect for the courage. Cowardice is a bad virture to start a relationship with.

Bad idea. If you ever get with him, you'll be the one who wrote that stupid note. Just try making small talk with him - act impressed by something he did. "Oh your drawings were so cool," or "you play basketball really well." Look interested at him. If he follows lead, you're in. If not, chill.

That's freaky. Don't do it. You'll come off as a junior STALKER in training. That would make me think that it will get even worse. Seriously, if you like a guy just be straight up front. If he doesn't like you back, you'll want and need to know this also. Don't play grade school games like that, please. It's so not cool.

Speaking as a qualified "guy", I'd delete it, thinking, "so what am I supposed to do with this, get all tingly inside?" It's not stupid, cute, nor would I show it all of my friends. It's pointless.
But, hey, what do I know....I'm just a guy.
