No, it's too high profile. If it were a scam it would be fraud which is governed by federal laws. It says on the material that no purchase is necessary and won't increase your odds of winning. Now whether or not they sell your info is a different story.

I believe that it is a scam of some sort! 5,000 a week for life, that's crazy that's 20,000 a month. How can any company stay in business giving away 20,000 a month? scam YES!

not a scam since someone does actually win and it costs you money to win, (subscription) but odds are very low.
