whip up 2 egg whites with half tea of lemon juice allply to face, let dry, leave on for 10 min, then GENTLY remove with warm water, do this 3 or 4 times a week and you will notice a chage in about a week and a half, plus when wearing the mask he'll get a glimps in to the future, that wrinkling goes away after ya remove the whites, be SURE to remove gently.good luck.

I had the same issues. Proactive didn't work for me, although is very successful for other people, and I've used everything from those stridex pads to nutrogena products. I even went to the dermatologist and all that the medicine did was dry out my skin and made it itch, and then after a couple of months stopped working.
Believe it or not, the only thing I did to make my acne go away is change my diet. Drink a LOT of water, which will clear it up a lot, and stay away from anything with artificial sugars or caffeine. For just a week, try just fruits, veggies, and meat (milk and juice is ok, of course) with lots of water, and see how much it clears up. of course, like someone above said, it is very hormonal as well, so have him wash his face with an oil-free face wash. Nutrogena is very good at this.
Anywyas, I hope this helps! I know that they say diet has nothing to do with acne, and maybe in his case it isn't his diet, but it changed my complexion quite dramatically

What i recommend you is to see a dermatologist, because they can give you the prescription for the product i recommend you, The name is Roaccutane, that product will permanently remove all your pimple of his face for life. The treatment takes from 6 to 9 months aprox, depending on your son skin condition, if it is severe or not. The dermatologist use that product if you keep having acne problems, because it is that good that will makes you do not visiting them again. So if you go to a dermatologist i recommend you that you tell him or her that you want that product, because they will start with soft ones and on the end you will have to use that one.
Take in consideration that the treatment may give you in the beginning some headaches and if you have an oily skin, you will feel it dry.
I understand your situation of your son, because i had the same problem and i know how it feels. That makes you to stay every day on your house because of your embarasing. Now i have a baby face with that product, so i recommend you to go direct to the point to your dermatologist and tell him about the Accutane and you will see. Also try to do it faster to avoid permanent scars.
Good Luck

I dont know if it works but, when i was in high school a freind of mine use to shine a black light on his face for 20 minutes a day. He did not have any acne at all and claimed it was because of the light. I think he was smoking to much of his own stash

Don't use too many of those stridex pads. Only use them once a day because they can irritate. Try Proactive. It's made for combination skin so it will cover any problem. Dryness, Oilyness, etc.
And any lotions or scrub with Benzoyl Peroxide shows major difference in 3 days.

i suffered acne all my teenage years the best way to get it done right and without the risk of having acne scars later is to see a dermatologist, i was stubborn and never went and tried everything myself, eventually it will go away but it left me with bad acne scars, and now i regret not seeing a doctor about it. do your son a favor and take him to a doctor or dermatologist it's the best way

That is because his acne is hormonal. His acne is coming from all the new hormones his body is secreting. Talk to his pediatrician to set up an oppointment with a dermatologist.

Keep using the bads. they are the best thing for removing dirt.
its genetic, i went through the same thing. I would just go through all of the over the counter products to get rid of acne. different ones work for different people. if none of them work. go to a doctor, he can prescribe better stuff.
