Yes, they are profiting from illegal aliens and making it easier for illegal aliens to live here.

When the government has to bail out a bank, it is the citizens who pay the price.

To some small extent they are shutting down some companies hiring illegals but what is this Congress doing about this fiasco with Bank of America and other greedy financial institution?

WE MUST FOLLOW THE MONEY TRAIL during this election campaign if we are serious about illegal immigration. We must have a means of identifying how much these financial institutions are contributing to the candidate and their party. This is a very serious issue. WE already know financial institutions have been involved in backhandedly supporting Al Queda.

WAKE UP AMERICA...

Unfortunately it is not only Bank of America but many other financial institutions, for one, Citibank. I've already closed my Bank of America account and am transferring the balance on a Citibank based account to someone not engaging in this practice.

yup! and it doesn't matter how many they deny it and blame the media for the problems, they are WRONG! The are trying to sell their services to a bunch of ILLEGAL alien criminals. They don't give a crap about their current customers. WHEN the illegal alien criminals don't pay their bills, the costs will be passed onto other customers.

If I had accounts at BofA, they would now be closed! Hopefully the other banks will see how this is a disaster and won't do the same thing!

I cancelled my account with that bank because of this , I would like to see more Americans do this too-we need to hit them where it hurts. That bank should be ashamed-its like they slapped Americans in the face.

I think it is another way of 'easing the life of illegal immigrants'. I happen to think it is best for our children's schools and our country to make it hard to be an illegal immigrant.

B of A has a right to set up the programs it wants with its own money. However, it never consulted its investors (accounts) and I for one will be moving my accounts. I intend to look into the 'to where' question this weekend.

Yes, by allowing customers to get credit cards without verified social security numbers, they do. I canceled all of my MBNA cards.
