160 ish if you dont have much fat.

im fat, i weight more.

it can very depending on how much muscle mass and fat mass you have. 160 is just an average for an average body type. it is NOT a goal weight for everyone. that depends on your body type.

go to webmd.com with this quiestion.

I'm 27 and am 6 feet tall and weight 165 pounds. I have low body fat and I am in the "healthy" category, but I cannot gain weight for the life of me. I think for a 6 foot 1 23 year old a good weight to feel good in would be from 170-185. This weight would probably be without working out. If you did or do work out, a good weight would be around 185-210.
I believe that you and your body have to be comfortable with your weight. sometimes a chart works for you and sometimes it doesn't.
Me, I would love to be able to gain weight.
Hope I helped a little.

You know you asked the question at just the right time i've just come from the doctors office like an hour ago and i got weighed and i'm 6 foot 3 and according to the chart on the wall people our height should weigh between 185 to 205. I'm at 210 so i have to loose 5 pounds to be in the normal range.but i have no fat so it's going to be hard to do..And don't forget to take in the fact that even though there are these charts they don't take in consideration that you can have a guy who is tall but very skinny boned.and then there people like me i'm very big boned but no fat ..and muscle does weigh more than fat..It's you cholestorol that matters and fat content..if you are healthy who cares how much you weigh..

A healthy body weight for you is between 166 and 202 lbs.

You calorie intake should be: About 2,200-2,500 per day depending on your weight. If you weigh 170 lbs, you need 2,400 calories, 30% of those from fat, to maintain your weight.

Your height places you in an ideal weight bracket between 143 and 189. But according to most body mass calculators, you should not be over 180 lbs in order to keep to a BMI of 24. (Over 24.9, and you are classed as overweight.)
