The short answer to your question is NO! Have you ever seen the movie "When Harry Met Sally?" She fakes an orgasm for him in a busy restaurant full of people and one old lady tells the waiter that she will have what she is having. She is having meaning what Sally had to cause her to give such a performance in a restaurant when she is sitting on the other side of the table from Harry and not even touching herself. Harry and Sally's discussion at the table was your question. Harry said he could tell when a girl was faking an orgasm and Sally proved him wrong.
