until it's totally healed. the chlorine from a swimming pool will irritate your skin otherwise.

I wouldn't swim until the piercing is at least 4-6months old. The risk for it getting infected is less. My belly button piercing took an entire year to heal.

I waited about 1 month for the pool, the ocean, however, is good b/c of the saltwater.

i got mine periced on a monday and was at the beach swimming on friday never had any problems they will tell ya the salt water will help it heal not supposed to do the cholorine but i did no problems

i went in a hot tub like 2 weeks (give or take) after mine was done it didnt hurt or anything and it was perfectly fine. Just wait till it isn't irrated or sore any more. good luck with yours

i've had mine done twice now.. i would say at LEAST 6 weeks. people say ocean water is good bc of the salt, but thats bull... the ocean is full of sooooo much dirty crap, and pools are full of chlorine. trust, you dont want to run a risk of infecting it bc it SUCKS and takes twice as long to heal

while my friend got hers done and she had to wait like 2 Days but.. it depends when you got it done
