It's in your genes and there is nothing you can do to stop it.

I'll give you some words of wisdom from a friend's dad who went bald in his 20s. He said it bothered him at the time but he was still young and virile so it wasn't very hard to deal with. As he got older, he was glad it happened when he was young because when you are older you have to worry about so many other things having to do with aging that it would be harder to face balding, in addition.

Dont worry too much about it.You can prevent or reverse greying. Just colour it as close to your natural hair colour. Just do to the supermarket and buy a permanent hair dye that should last a while. A friend of mine had a round patch of grey hair on the back of his hair when he was in high school. Its very common for some to start greying early in age. At least your not going bald at 18! That would be far harder to deal with!

There is no prevention at all. The darker your hair is the earlier you seem to go grey. Sad fact of life. My hair is almost black and I noticed grey hairs about the age of 20. Hair dye is the only way to disguise it, just make sure you go for colour as close to your own natural colour. But on men grey hair is fine.

Ramdeobaba says that by rubbing the nails of one hand with the other prevents your hair from greying. Theres no harm trying. Maybe it won't make the white hair, balck but it might stop from others from getting white! For the hair which is already white, hair colour is always there to the rescue !

I would suggest hair dye, that is the only thing I can think of. I know they have treatment for hair loss but not greying. lol, you'll be fine.

Hair starts turning grey due to an improper hair-cell metabolism. Good nutrition is important to have thick, full, luxurious hair with bounce, shine and proper texture. To ensure good quality hair growth and texture, the hair root needs a constant supply of oxygen and nutritional substances, which it obtains from the blood. The starved hair follicle needs to be nourished from within. The lack of proper nutrition to the hair root and follicle and unbalanced vitamin intake leads to tired hair turning them prematurely into grey hair. Apart from lack of nutrients, Stress also causes greying of hair by the constriction of capillaries which feed the hair follicle. Stress also causes excessive perspiration attracting airborne debris and pollutants, thus clogging the hair follicles, turning them prematurely into grey hair.

TO HAVE THICK FAST HAIR, STRONG FROM THE ROOTS, DON'T ACCEPT ANY HAIR PROBLEM.

Use "Segals" Brand 'Advanced Shampoo for Thinning Hair' and 'Advanced Conditioner for Thinning Hair'. For dense, strong and healthy re-growth of hair from roots with a better texture and to arrest premature greying/Hair Fall use "Segals" brand 'Hair Root Formula' and 'Advanced Hair Root Supplement'.

The faster way to really change the health of your hair is by taking supplements that work internally on the follicle where hair is made; that can only happen with systemically provided support, which means supplements that you take internally.. Keep in mind, regardless of how many or how much you take of any supplement, hair is never going to grow at a "Jack and the beanstalk" type of rate, the most you can hope for is to improve the strength and health of each hair follicle and to see an incremental increase in the rate of its growth
