Do churches ever employ public relations staff?

some do... some have advertising departments... but it is the job of the church family as a whole, to reach out and be there for their members...

As we enter the era of mega churches there has already been extra employment opportunities in at least church security and accounting, it would not surprise me if a public relations staff would be in the future; unfortunately, I do not know of any right now.
